TO REGISTER ONLINE TO PARTICIPATE
IN THE 1st WORLD OUTGAMES MONTRÉAL
2006
Online registration is fast and
easy. You must register individually
even if you are part of a sports
team. Here is how to register:

First
Visit ? Please
click on Create a New Account.
Already
Registered? You
can access your account at any time.

| 2. |
You
will be asked to read and agree
to the Terms
and Conditions of Registration before continuing.
|
| 3. |
Create
Your Account: choose
your Username and Password.
|
| 4. |
Create
Your Profile.
|
| 5. |
Account
Confirmation: at
this point, you may choose to logout
or continue to the Registration
Home page.
|
| 6. |
Registration
Home: this
is the registration hub where you
may choose to register for Sport,
Culture and/or Conference activities.
In addition, you can also register
as a volunteer, official or local
host free of charge.
You can modify your profile, change
your password, consult your current
and past financial status as well
as view your complete registration
information to date at any time.

Additional
Information: this page must
be completed the first time you
first enter the system and choose
to register in a Sport or Cultural
activity.

Sport: You may register for a maximum of
three sport or cultural disciplines,
but in multiple events within a
sport, as permitted by the rules
of individual sport. The registration
system allows you to set a team,
join a team or, in many sports,
look for a team in you are an individual
athlete. You may also register as
an Playing Participant (an Athlete)
or Non-Playing Participant (a Certified
Coach, Manager or Technical Support).
Your may choose a different role
from one sport to another.
Important :
1) Team:
The team coordinator MUST set up
the team. When you set up a new
team, you are automatically the
first member of the team. You must
name the team and inform other team
members of the Team Code Link provided
to you during registration so that
they can register as part of the
team.
2) Non- Playing:
If you are an athlete, and wish
to allow a Non-Playing Participant
(Certified Coach, Manager, or Technical
Support) to join you, you must give
the Non-Playing Participant the
Athlete Code provided to you when
you registered. The Non-Playing
Participant can then register and
join you.

Finance: Continue to My Finance page and
select your method of payment:
Credit
Card: If
you are paying by credit card (Visa
or MasterCard) you will be able
to complete your registration online
via our secure server, powered by
Moneris eSELECT PlusT technology.
Cheque
or money order: If
you are paying by cheque or money
order, please note that your registration
will only be considered final once
the cheque or money order has been
received and has cleared. See our Payment
and Refund Policy for more details.
Payment
Code: Please
use this mode of payment if your
coordinator provided you with a
Payment Code. The system will credit
your account since your registration
was paid by your coordinator.
Event
code or affiliated member’s
code (optional): You will get the assigned discount
by entering one those codes (provided
to you during a special promotion).

Official
Receipt: Print
a copy for your records. You will
also be sent an email confirmation
to the email address you have provided.
