"After contacting many LGBT sport teams around the world, our ambassadors in almost forty cities on five continents are ready to hold a World Registration Day for the 2006 Outgames," Mark Tewksbury Co-President of Montréal 2006 announced today. "World Registration day will be held on Saturday, 13 November."

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
On the very same day in 60 different cities all over the world, accredited Registration Coordinators will convene between 25 to 40 sports, culture and conference participants who will have agreed to register online on that day.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR THE REGISTRANTS?

Instalment Payment Plan for Teams and Groups

Teams, sport leagues, city teams, cultural groups and organisations registering for the International Conference wishing to pay by instalments may do so offline. The following groups may elect to pay in instalments: Teams of 5 players or more Sport leagues (one sport) of 3 teams or more City teams (multi-sport) Cultural groups, ensembles or organisations of 6 persons or more Organisations, associations or companies registering for the International Conference.

• Contest open from 7 June to 31 December 2004
• Eligible to participate: all early registrants in sports or culture or International Conference whose fees have been paid in full
  1 prize per winner
• The Early Registration draws will take place each month
• Prizes can only be redeemed between 1 July and 31 August 2006
• Prizes are not transferable from one person to another
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for money at any time

FIRST PRIZE

Montréal 2006, in collaboration with Air Canada, will draw a total of 6 round trip airline tickets to be awarded to 6 individual early registrants in sports, culture or the International Conference whose fees have been paid in full. 1 prize per winner.

SECOND PRIZE

Montréal 2006 will draw 6 free individual International Conference single-admission registration passes from among sport and cultural early registrants whose fees have been paid in full and 6 free individual sports or culture registration passes (one sport or cultural activity) from among early registrants to the conference whose fees have been paid in full. 1 prize per winner.

THIRD PRIZE

Montréal 2006, in collaboration with the Village Merchants and Professionals Association, will draw 12 free dinners for two in total, valid at participating restaurants, to be awarded to 12 individual early registrants in sports, culture or the International Conference whose fees have been paid in full. 1 prize per winner.
