Representatives Head for Chicago,

Montréal, 7 November 2003 - An 11-person delegation will arrive in Chicago today to take part in a final round of negotiations, and in the annual general assembly of the Federation of Gay Games. The delegation includes the Montréal 2006 Negotiating Committee comprised of:

• Ms. Lucie Duguay, co-president of the Montréal 2006 Board;
• Mr. Mark Tewksbury, co-president of the Montréal 2006 Board;
• Mr. François Goulet, Montréal 2006 Board member;
• Mr. Paul Uline, Montréal 2006 Board member.

Upcoming Days Schedule

A first meeting between the two negotiation commit tees is planned for this evening and discussions in this final round of negotiations will continue Saturday until 17:00. At that time the Negotiating Committee of the Federation will formulate its recommendations to be debated and approved by the FGG's voting assembly planned for Monday, the opening day of the annual general assembly of its members.
