The Cirque du Soleil will add the crowning touches to the Opening Ceremony in spectacular show featuring a galaxy of local and international stars! Thousands of spectators will revel in this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see Diane Dufresne, k.d. lang, Deborah Cox, Jonas, Martha Wash and Sylvie Desgroseilliers together for one spectacular show with the Cirque du Soleil and hundreds of musicians, chorists and dancers! They will feel the emotion when 12,000 athletes from 109 countries enter the Stadium in a massive procession sure to leave them breathless!
All week long, Square Viger will be the meeting place of the Outgames. Originally a natural artistic masterpiece, Square Viger will be transformed to include a stage featuring daily entertainment from 11 AM to 10 PM, a Labatt Blue Dry Beer Garden and Holland Garden, as well as a dozen concession booths and kiosks of all sorts. In Montréal this summer, it’s the place to be!
