2,883 athletes, 524 volunteers, 44 countries
and 9 sports. Utrecht 2005 was a succes
in sports, culture and organization. "Our
fairytale came true, thank you."
Montréal
2006 had an information and registration
kiosk during the EuroGames where more
than 1,500 t-shirts were distributed for
free. Montréal 2006 banners were
on every competition sites while the Canadian
Embassy in the Netherlands, with the collaboration
of the Délégation Générale
du Québec à Bruxelles,
offered a VIP cocktail to more than 200
European sport team representatives. The
Montréal 2006 Co-President, Mark
Tewksbury, presented the Outgames during
the EuroGames closing ceremonies.
